• Opal Ann's Attic has 5600 square feet of retail space.  We rent various size booths up to 10"x12" spaces.  The rent on a booth is determined by position and availability.  A 15% commission is also charged on each item sold.

•  Opal Ann's Attic accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard payments. All sales tax and credit card fees are paid by Opal Ann's Attic.

• Opal Ann's Attic does not require the renter to participate in or pay for someone to participate in daily operations of the business.  Additionally, there  will not be any advertising assessments.
